Airbnb has one of the most accepting and multi-cultural communities in the world. We decided to highlight some of those stories and the social impact Airbnb hosts are doing everyday through the platform. From Pretty Brown Girls - a non-profit that helps empower young girls of color in Detroit to Susan, an Open Homes host that has hosted 9 refugee families in one year at her Airbnb's in Denver.

Susan, an Airbnb host in Denver CO, hosted 9 refugee families through Airbnb’s Open Homes program in the span of 12 months. She not only opened her doors to them, she helped integrate them into the community. Watch this inspiring story.
